Short version: pay for the audit, get a written report in 5 business days, and decide for yourself what to do with it.

The service

The order-file audit is a written report on the backer file you send us: address risk, data integrity, lane read, a blocker list and a draft backer update. It is an analysis of your data, not a quote and not a fulfilment commitment. The audit does not oblige you to ship with us.

Price and payment

The audit is $299. The launch price is $20 for the first 10 campaigns. Fulfilment (Co-op tier) is quoted in writing per wave before anything ships. Refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked; subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with no prorated refunds after the 14-day window. Where the law gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected.

Your data

You keep ownership of your backer file. We use it only to run the audit. We delete it 30 days after the report is delivered. See the Privacy policy.

No guarantee

The report is based on the file you send. We cannot promise that every problem is found or that carriers behave as predicted. Estimated costs are estimates. Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Solo software

Solo is free early access, offered as is, with limited capacity. We may change or end it with notice by email.

Company, governing law and contact

Operated by H. Tech Innovation LLC, doing business as Everyday Apps. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
