Privacy

Short version: we keep what we need to do the audit, and nothing else.

Emails and backer files

Emails you send us are used only to reply and to run the order-file audit. Your backer file is deleted 30 days after the report is delivered, and it is never shared with anyone.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to record pseudonymous sessions and heatmaps, so we can see how the site is used. Clarity also records your device, approximate location, page URLs and referrer. Text you type and images you upload are masked. We run Clarity without cookies today. If we ever turn on cookies for analytics, we will ask for your consent with a banner first. Clarity is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Third parties and processors

These services see some data about visitors or run the site for us:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this site (Cloudflare Workers and CDN) and protects it from abusive traffic. It processes visitor IP addresses and request data. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity records pseudonymous sessions and heatmaps, as described above. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google Workspace handles the email we send and receive, including any backer file you attach. Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
