What the audit gives you
A pre-ship audit of your backer file. Not a plan review. Not a quote. A read of the actual data you are about to ship against, after your pledge manager locked.
Address risk
- Rows that will fail at the carrier: malformed, missing unit numbers, undeliverable, PO-box-vs-carrier conflicts, country/postcode mismatches
- Broken out by country, so you see the customs and lane exposure
- Estimated reship cost if shipped as-is

What you send: your backer export (BackerKit, Gamefound, PledgeBox, Kickstarter CSV, or a plain spreadsheet). Optional: SKU and add-on list, which 3PL and hubs, target ship date, your 3PL quote or last invoices. No integration, no store access, no account. You email a file. If we find nothing: the report says so plainly, with what we checked and the counts that came back clean.

Real-time updates, in your name
From the moment the wave leaves the shelf, your backers' inboxes fill with YOUR emails: packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered. And every email links to a tracking page in your brand, where the backer watches the box travel: their reward up top, the journey below, your logo on everything. No warehouse name, no carrier no-reply anywhere.
Address rescue and returns
Backers pledged months ago. Before the wave ships, risky addresses get a one-tap confirmation email from your brand, and backers fix their own address. The boxes that still bounce get caught, explained to the backer in your name, and sent back out.
The exception agent
Some boxes stop moving: customs, a lost trailer, a smudged label. Silence is what turns those into refund demands. A shipment that stalls gets flagged, a case gets opened with the carrier, and the backer hears what's happening from you while we work the case. In pilot: rolling out with our first Co-op waves.
